Many models have gotten their start working with Alicia Lavette and walking in her fashion shows. She has a great eye for talent and is all about confidence building and grooming models to their fullest potential. The models learn how to bring a designers looks alive and "sell the garment". Not only does she strive to coach her models on the runway and/or photoshoots; she serves as a model mentor as well!

Modeling is not just about a pretty face, height, or even size. Confidence is key!

Alicia is always looking to recruit fresh-faced models and ambassadors who will rep the brand to the fullest. Several models have used her platform to build their portfolios which have opened doors for other industry opportunities.
