Please allow the following approximate maximum timeframes on all orders.:

1-2 wks for accessories
2-3 wks for all outfits
4-6 wks for customs
6-8 wks for gowns

All pieces on site are made to order, therefore all items are not eligible for return. FINAL sale-NO REFUNDS.
If deemed defective, item may be repaired or exchanged for same item only.
All Samples are "sold as is" and are Final Sale. There are no exchange whatsoever on samples or intimate apparel.

1 year warranty on all Hot Girl Jean Jackets- customer must provide proof of purchase and handle all shipping costs

*Designs, fabrics, colors, trims, etc. are all subject to change at any given time at designers discretion.

Fri-Sun are by appointment only. Please no extra people or children.
Please be on time for your appointment.
Early arrivers must still wait until their appointment time. Late arrivers have a 10 minute grace period- after that they must reschedule.
There is a $20 rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling should be done via website not via call, text, or email.
